By accessing and using Build8 ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Build8 is an AI-powered workflow generation platform that helps users create, edit, and export n8n automation workflows. The Service uses artificial intelligence to assist in drafting workflows based on natural language descriptions and allows iterative refinement through conversational interactions.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain the security of your password and account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Credits System

Build8 operates on a credit-based system:

Free Tier: 20 credits per day, reset every 24 hours
Pro Tier: 200 credits per day, reset every 24 hours

Credits are consumed when using AI features to generate or modify workflows. Unused credits do not roll over to the next day.

5. Subscription and Payment

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $8/month. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

Generate workflows for illegal activities or purposes
Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the AI models
Abuse the credit system or attempt to gain unauthorized access
Upload malicious code or content that could harm the Service
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: You retain all rights to the workflows you create using Build8. We do not claim ownership of your generated workflows.

Our Service: Build8, including its AI models, interface, and underlying technology, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our Service without permission.

8. AI-Generated Content

Workflows generated by Build8 are created using AI models. While we strive for accuracy and usefulness, we do not guarantee that generated workflows will be error-free, complete, or suitable for your specific use case. You are responsible for reviewing and testing all workflows before deployment.

9. Data Usage and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in that policy. By using Build8, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

10. Third-Party Services

Build8 integrates with third-party services including but not limited to:

n8n workflow platform
AI model providers (OpenRouter, OpenAI)
Payment processing (Stripe)
Analytics services (Google Analytics)

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUILD8 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

Your use or inability to use the Service
Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code
Any errors or omissions in AI-generated content
Workflows that fail to perform as expected

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

Violates these Terms & Conditions
Is harmful to other users, us, or third parties
Violates applicable laws or regulations

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

14. Changes to Terms
